Mobile Diesel Mechanic (Progression to Generator Engineer) £16.50 - £17.25 Per hour (OTE 50K) Company Van Tools Door to Door Pay Local Patch Newport, Covering the South West Are you Mechanic or similar with working knowledge of Diesel Engines looking to kick-start a career in a new industry where you will be trained to become a technical expert of the service and repair of Generators? They have a number of depots across the UK and off the back of recent success are looking to add a new roster of Service Engineers to their Bristol depot. In this role you will be trained on how to service, repair and maintain a broad range of Diesel Generators. Flexibility to work overtime will be required, and due to the nature of the role you may be working late into the evening to support clients. Overtime is paid at 1.5x, including travel to and from site, and any weekend hours or work past 10pm is paid at double time. This role would suit a Mechanic or similar with knowledge of Diesel Engines looking to work for a large, stable business that can offer training and ample overtime to significantly boost earnings.
