About the Provision
We are a specialist integrated therapeutic setting supporting children and young people aged 6–18 with complex needs including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Our provision combines education, therapy, and care to create a nurturing environment where pupils can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
The Role
We are seeking a passionate and resilient SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team. You’ll deliver a personalised curriculum that supports academic progress, emotional development, and life skills, helping pupils thrive both in and beyond the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCPs.
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
* Work collaboratively with therapists, care staff, and families.
* Track progress and contribute to multi-disciplinary reviews.
* Promote independence, empathy, and confidence in learners.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent).
* Experience working with children with SEN, particularly SEMH, ASD, or ADHD.
* A nurturing, trauma-informed approach to teaching.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
