If yes, please read on…… As a member of the Pay and Reward team you will support the People Policy and Strategy Lead to develop and implement our employee reward and benefits offer, ensuring we remain an attractive employer of choice. You’ll be the Council’s subject matter expert on reward and benefits, managing our benefits portal, driving supplier relationships, and providing insightful data to inform strategic decisions. From leading procurement projects to promoting our benefits package across the organisation, your work will make a real impact on how we continue to grow our reward strategy and enhance our employee experience. You will: Develop and implement the Council’s reward and benefits strategy. Manage and co-ordinate salary sacrifice schemes and liaise and other schemes Lead on procurement and implementation of new benefits suppliers. Monitor contracts, KPIs, and escalate issues where necessary. Provide management information on benefits uptake and trends. Promote the Council’s benefits offer internally and externally. Whilst the successful candidate will focus on rewards and benefits we will be offering training to undertake job evaluations.
