As a Sales Development Executive at Despatch Cloud, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads through outbound activity and converting them into sales opportunities. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our client base and promoting our innovative e-commerce solutions. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential UK based clients via telephone to introduce Despatch Cloud\'s products and services, identify their needs, and qualify them as sales opportunities.
* Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Despatch Cloud\'s solutions to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits that address their specific pain points and requirements.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their business objectives and challenges to position Despatch Cloud as a trusted partner in their e-commerce journey.
* Sales Conversion: Utilise persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects, update CRM systems with relevant information, and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to strategise and optimise sales approaches, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales organisation.
* Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to effectively articulate Despatch Cloud\'s value proposition and differentiate it in the market.
Qualifications
* A very high level of English, fluent persuasive and confident is required for this role.
* Ideally experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry. But confidence is the most important aspect.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and drive sales conversations to a successful conclusion.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
* Having good organisational and multitasking skills
* Tenacity is highly prized in our company
* Ideally within fulfilment or 3PL environment.
