About The Role
We are looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Anam Cara in Friesthorpe (near Market Rasen), Lincolnshire.
As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live independent lives through daily assistance and community outings.
We provide a company vehicle to transport the people we support to community activities. To drive the vehicle, a full UK driver’s licence and at least 2 years’ driving experience are required.
Pay Rate
Starting rates for those without experience are £12.31 per hour and for those with experience £13.60 per hour. New entry £12.31, Level 1 £12.60, Level 2 £13.10, Level 3 £13.60.

Responsibilities
* Safeguard young people at all times
* Participate in recreational events within the home and community
* Assist with practical care tasks such as cooking and cleaning
* Create positive relationships with young people, maintaining dignity and respect
* Meet physical, emotional, behavioural, and cultural needs of the young people
* Maintain accurate and clear record keeping
* Review and record any changes to the young people’s needs
* Contribute to team development
Experience & Qualifications
* Passion for care and progress of others
* Strong team player
* Resilient and confident to ask for support when needed
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Computer literacy
