We are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to join our small team in our Head Office and help keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy a structured yet friendly environment and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Tasks and Responsibilities
As our Office Administrator, you will ensure that administrative processes run smoothly and support your colleagues with a variety of tasks, such as:
* Use of our EPOS system for general stock management
* Inputting of purchase invoices into Sage
* Communicating with stores and suppliers daily
* Monitor and manage compliance systems to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
* Any additional tasks as requested
Requirements
You should have experience in working in a busy office and have strong interpersonal abilities. You will be supporting a busy team, so efficiency, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential.
* Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong IT skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
* Experience with EPOS systems or Sage preferred but not essential (training provided)
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to respond to queries efficiently
* Previous office experience essential
* Full Time 40 Hours per week
