The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving drainage issues efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Emergency & Reactive Call-Outs – Respond promptly to emergency and reactive drainage issues for a diverse range of clients. Drainage Maintenance & Repair – Conduct high-pressure water jetting, core cleaning, de-scaling, and CCTV surveys to assess and resolve drainage problems. Basic Plumbing Tasks – Carry out minor plumbing works such as removing toilets and urinals, replacing isolation valves, and repairing toilet components. Equipment Operation – Safely and effectively use Electro Mechanical and CCTV equipment to inspect and clear blockages.
