Think Forensic are looking for a
confident and competent
workshop facilitator to host a variety of Experience Day sessions.
To work within this role, applicants
must
be comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences with varying levels of knowledge.
Some workshops will be directed at members of the public, while others will be presented in a school setting, from primary all the way through to university level.
Please note: Workshops tend to be between 2-3 hours long, so there is a high level of content covered. Successful applicants will be expected to learn on the job and present different elements of the content as and when they have learnt them, with the expectation that they will present the whole session within an agreed timeline.
Essentials:
A background in forensic science, policing/fire service or teaching
UK Driving Licence (willing to travel)
Confident and experienced presenter
Willingness to learn
Content of workshops to be presented upon will include;
* Respectfully recounting case studies
* Police budgeting & resource
* Communicating via radios
* Forensic techniques & CSI protocol
Training will be provided for any successful applicant, so knowledge can be developed on the job.

Hours will vary dependant on location of training but weekend work will be a frequent part of this role, which will be 9:00am while 5:30pm on an ad-hoc basis.
