Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing and Content Executive with a business-to-business marketing background to join Andrew Roberts's brilliant team of marketers! We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented marketing professional. Your role will be to enhance our marketing output and support that of our customers across propositions. In return, you will receive a starting salary of up to £27,000 plus a range of other company benefits.

We provide award-winning support to mortgage brokers to help grow their businesses and meet FCA regulatory requirements. Central to this is our wholly owned ‘Revolution’ software, designed to streamline operations and facilitate effective mortgage advice.

What You’ll Do
* Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content across channels including blogs, social media, eBooks, guides, and videos
* Ensure content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and style, and is relevant to our audience
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support lead generation and customer retention
* Review and update content regularly to ensure it remains current, compliant, and market-relevant
* Utilize data to track content performance and recommend improvements to increase reach and engagement
Who We’re Looking For
* At least two years of B2B marketing experience
* Proven ability to create compelling content for various platforms
* Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content distribution
* Creative with fresh ideas to capture attention
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Full driving license and willingness to travel
* Eligibility to work in the UK and pass pre-employment screening
Desirable
* Experience in mortgage, protection, or property industries
