Salary: up to £35,000 basic (DOE)
Bonus: Up to £4,000 per annum (up to £1,000 per quarter)
Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
Annual Leave: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
Travel: Occasional travel may be required to branches across the network (as & when required)
About the role
To support our nationwide network of Franchisees and branch managers. In this role, you will ensure that our key systems — including TMS, HubSpot, FAME, and ZoomInfo — are effectively adopted and utilised, while also delivering insights that drive operational performance and strategic decision-making.
You will play a vital role in onboarding and training new Sales Colleagues, Customer Service Advisorsand operations staff, promoting best practices across the network, and supporting Franchisees in using data and systems to grow their businesses and maintain operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
* Support & Adoption: Be the go-to contact for franchisees and branch managers, providing day-to-day support and guidance on key business systems (TMS, HubSpot CRM, FAME, ZoomInfo) to ensure consistent and efficient use across the network.
* Reporting & Insights: Extract and analyse data to build dashboards and performance reports, delivering insights that drive operational improvements and informed decision-making.
* Best Practice & Efficiency: Identify and share best practices, helping branches streamline processes, improve customer service, and boost sales performance.
* Training & Onboarding: Deliver system training and create learning materials for new and existing team members, ensuring everyone is confident and capable in using core platforms.
* System Improvements & Change: Support the rollout of new tools and features, gather user feedback, and champion change to help teams adapt to evolving systems and technologies.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience with the transport sector within the UK
* Awareness of the UK logistics market
* Previous knowledge of utilising a transport management system and CRM (HubSpot preferable)
* Strong customer service ethic with negotiation and telesales skills
* Experience in retaining and building good customer relationships
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Articulate with a confident phone manner
* Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Please note our head office is in Knutsford, so this role would suit someone who is based in the Greater Manchester area.
