Learner Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment Role)
Location: Leicester or surrounding area (home based with weekly travel to Wolverhampton Head Office)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Plus Bonus

The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Learner Recruitment Consultant to join our Apprenticeship Recruitment team on a full‑time basis. This 360 recruitment role means you will be responsible for both sourcing candidates and identifying suitable employer opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Build relationships with employers to secure apprenticeship opportunities and promote Juniper Training as a trusted partner.
* Engage with young people through social media, events, schools and community partnerships to promote what Juniper Training offers.
* Conduct friendly interviews and assessments to understand learner goals and match them with suitable apprenticeship opportunities.
* Act as a trusted advisor, offering support and advice to help learners make informed choices about their career paths.
* Keep accurate records of your activities using our CRM system.
* Collaborate with programme managers and tutors to ensure learners are supported at every step.
* Work toward recruitment goals while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in recruitment, especially within education or training.
* Willingness to travel to the Wolverhampton Head Office once per week.
* Strong employer engagement skills and experience building business relationships.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
* Self‑motivated, results‑driven and passionate about making a difference.
* Comfortable using CRM systems or willingness to learn.
* Excellent time management and a proactive approach to problem solving.
* A full driving licence with business cover and access to a vehicle.
