* Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for vacancies across various Life Science sectors
* Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process
* Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
Experience & Attributes
* 12+ months in recruitment/12+ months in proactive sales OR a graduate degree
* Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry
* Target-driven and self-motivated with innate resilience
* Strong negotiation skills
* Proficient mathematical capability
