We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical installation works on a major commercial construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site electrical operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Electrical Site Manager Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise all electrical installation activities on site. * Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. * Monitor project progress and report regularly to the Project Manager. * Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. * Plan labour requirements and allocate resources effectively. * Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks. * Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and other trades. * Identify and resolve technical and operational issues. * Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project deadlines and industry standards.
