Bank Catering Assistant at Rotherlea
Salary: £13.10 per hour
Hours: Bank - Zero hours
Shift Times: As/when needed in the service - shifts vary between 8am-6pm

Job Responsibilities
You will work under the direction of the Cook to work together as a Catering Team to ensure that delicious home cooked meals are prepared and services to the Residents. This will include, but not limited to:
5. Assist chef with food preparation
6. Independently prepare hot meals/sandwiches for residents
7. Load and unload dishwasher, wash up equipment unsuitable for dishwasher
8. Clean kitchen and equipment
9. Collect and distribute crockery from/to the care floors
10. Clear tea trolleys where applicable
11. Empty kitchen rubbish and keep areas clear of refuse
12. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment
13. Carry out reasonable requests, as instructed by the Senior Chef/Chef
14. Ensure that the nutritional needs of residents are met
15. Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Policy and Regulations
