Responsibilities
Internal Communications (Primary Focus)
1. Work with C-Suite to lead and deliver strategic internal communications across multiple transformation workstreams affecting employees
2. Keep employees informed, aligned, and motivated through ongoing organisational change.
3. Translate complex, operational, or regulatory information into clear, engaging, plain-English communications.
4. Work closely with senior leaders to shape, strengthen, and deliver key messaging.
