Your new role
1. Support senior colleagues with corporate taxpliance and advisory work, including capital allowances, R&D claims, due diligence, and restructuring projects.
2. Assist in developing junior staff through mentoring and day-to-day guidance.
3. Conduct tax technical research and handle related administrative tasks.
4. Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, HMRC, and other professional advisers.
6. Collaborate with audit teams on annual tax assignments.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate taxpliance
8. ATT/CTA or ACA/CTA qualified (or part-qualified with intent to study CTA)
9. Strong, up-to-date technical knowledge and understanding of tax/auditpliance standards
10. Highly organised, able to manage deadlines and work independently or in a team
11. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships professionally and discreetly
12. Experience with Alphatax is desirable
