Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a culinary role as a sous chef or similar position
* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
* Proven experience in supervising and leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
This is a full-time contract based on an average of 40 hours per week, with seasonal variations as described above.
