Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate existing on-site experience, and ideally, you will be comfortable maintaining strong rapports with clients. Experience / Qualifications: - Applicants will have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor, ideally for a UKAS accredited company - Must hold the BOHS P402 qualification, or RSPH equivalent - Proven understanding of UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines - Good literacy and IT skills - Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills The Role: - Undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys across a mix of domestic and local authority premises - Safely collecting asbestos samples from site and storing safely for transit - Conducting re-inspection survey reports - Writing detailed survey reports - Ensuring to conduct work in a professional and polite manner - Adhering to personal performance targets - Representing the company in a professional manner Alternative job titles: Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Environmental Consultant.
