About the role
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor
Location: Hull, HU8 8LE (Hybrid, 3 days on site)
Reports To: TA Manager
We seek a proactive, strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor to support high-volume Supply and Manufacturing recruitment at our Hull site. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is forward-thinking, and acts as a true partner to stakeholders. You will shape our talent strategy, deliver quality recruitment outcomes, and provide data-driven insights for workforce planning.
Responsibilities
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
3. Provide data and reports on vacancy trends, metrics, and pipeline health.
4. Engage top talent via job boards, social media, networking, and outreach.
5. Develop proactive sourcing strategies for current and future needs.
6. Stay informed on market trends and competitors to guide recruitment approaches.
7. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
8. Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand.
9. Collaborate with HR and leaders on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
Experience
* Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
* Experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in Supply & Manufacturing roles.
* Passion for Candidate Experience.
* Ability to interpret recruitment data for strategic decisions.
* Proactive, solutions-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
