We look forward to welcoming the successful candidate into our team; adding their knowledge and enthusiasm to our strong core.” What you’ll be doing You will be working both independently and as part of a successful Outsourced Solutions team. Our Outsourced Solutions Team handles insurance claims on behalf of some of the biggest insurers in the market. You will be confident in reviewing quantum, valuing general and special damages, and finalizing case plans, including providing advice on next steps. Experience working within a Claims Department is critical, as we act for insurers to lead in customer service and cost management. You will supervise and provide guidance to ensure the correct procedures and processes are followed. You will effectively support the team to ensure all cases are handled in compliance with Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and Law Society Practice Management Standards. What do I need? For this role, we are looking for someone who has previous experience in managing a team, while enhancing performance and who has a focused client service approach. You will be able to guide and advise your team on best practice while identifying training needs for the best output alongside frequent analysis of Management Information. What’s in it for you?
