We are seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouse Co-ordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by ensuring efficient processing of recyclable materials, maintaining organised work areas, and supporting overall sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sort and categorise recyclable materials according to guidelines.
· Operate and maintain baling equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety protocols are followed.
· Work closely with onsite team members to optimise recycling processes and improve workflow efficiency.
· Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding any issues or improvements related to waste recycling operations.
· Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, ensuring all areas are free of debris and hazards.
· Loading and unloading of deliveries at the warehouse.
· Manage the delivery booking diary and process order paperwork on a daily basis.
· Organise and store products in designated areas to optimise space and accessibility.
· Conduct regular inventory checks.
· Order preparation for outgoing projects.
· Planning routine maintenance of warehouse equipment and report any defects.
· Previous experience in a warehouse or recycling environment is preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
· Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
· Team player with strong communication skills.
· Forklift & driving licence is essential.
