We're continuing to grow — and we want you to grow with us. The Role As a Projects & Interiors Coordinator, you'll play a central role in keeping our project operations running smoothly. You will support Project Managers and Specialists, ensuring that quotes, orders, communications, and site coordination are handled with accuracy, speed, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Process sales quotes, orders, and all related documentation with accuracy and efficiency Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers Manage inboxes, prioritise workloads, and assist with SLA tracking Provide system training and onboarding support to new starters Liaise with schedulers and warehouse teams to coordinate deliveries Support fitters on-site as their first point of contact Cover team responsibilities during absences or peak periods Actively contribute to continuous improvement and positive team culture About You You'll excel in this role if you bring: Essential Skills & Experience Strong background in customer service and/or administration Confidence using multiple systems Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills, including a clear and professional telephone manner Proactive, solution-focused mindset Reliability, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm under pressure Personal Qualities Positive and approachable Flexible, resilient, and adaptable High levels of integrity and accountability Motivated to support others and collaborate effectively
