About the Role An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing façade restoration contractor. Reporting to the senior management team, you’ll take ownership of multiple restoration projects from start to finish — ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will suit a driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing large-scale external envelope or restoration schemes. Key Duties * Manage multiple façade restoration contracts from inception through to completion. * Oversee project programming, progress, and financial performance. * Prepare and review RAMS, method statements, and health & safety documentation. * Liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful delivery. * Manage variations, valuations, and contract amendments. * Ensure all projects comply with health & safety regulations and internal company standards. * Support estimating and tender processes when required.
