The Courseware and Media Quality Controller will ensure that Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) documents entering and leaving the Courseware and Media Design Capability (CMDC) are fit for purpose and demonstrate Raytheon UK's commitment to the delivery of quality products. The Courseware and Media Quality Controller will work for the Head of the CMDC or their deputy. The Courseware and Media Quality Controller will review for format and content documents that are delivered to the CMDC for the development of courseware and that leave the CMDC for handover to the training delivery partner Team Fisher. The Courseware and Media Quality Controller will also champion standards and processes that support the delivery of quality products ISO 10007: 2017 ISO 10007:2017 - Quality Management - Guidelines for configuration management and ISO 9001 ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management Systems.
Responsibilities
* To ensure coherency in Courseware and Media (C&M) developed by CMDC.
* Developing and maintaining a Quality Management Process to assure the development of consistent and complete C&M.
* Support the piloting of C&M to test and improve the effectiveness of C&M.
* Monitoring the quality of C&M developed by the CMDC and the ability of the CMDC to satisfy training standards.
* Be responsible for championing and fostering a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement in working practices.
* Any other duties required to complete the CMDC Training Service.
* Experience in the use of programme management tools and applications including Risk and Opportunity Management.
* Training and/or Instructional Design detailed knowledge and practical experience.
