We’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy, data-driven, and creative E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge D2C growth across the UK & EU.
If you're an expert in Paid Social and e-commerce strategy, this is your chance to make a major impact on an iconic basketball lifestyle brand.
What You’ll Do:
* Website Management:
o Oversee e-commerce site development with 3rd-party developers
o Optimize navigation, collections, UX, and product launches
o Align online product drops with inventory & marketing priorities
* Digital Marketing & Paid Social:
o Plan, launch & optimize Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)
o Run A/B tests, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies
o Monitor metrics, deliver insights, and manage budgets
o Collaborate with creative/content teams to ensure ad impact
o Deliver clear performance reports & sales forecasts
o Manage marketing calendar and online trading budget
o Track trends to stay ahead of the curve
* Inventory Management:
o Coordinate inventory with merchandising and logistics teams
o Ensure site readiness ahead of key launches and promos
What You’ll Bring:
* 4+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing (sportswear or footwear ideal)
* Proven success in Paid Social: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest
* Deep experience with Shopify/Shopify+
* Skilled in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite
* Strong performance marketing mindset (ROI, conversions, CPL)
