Daily Rate: £96 – £105 (depending on experience)

About the Role
Your Teaching is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive nursery in Tower Hamlets to recruit an experienced and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their EYFS team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive Early Years environment, helping to deliver high-quality, play-based learning and supporting children at a crucial stage in their development.
Key Responsibilities
* Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Deliver and support structured play-based learning activities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
* Support speech, language and early development
* Assist with classroom routines, transitions and behaviour management
* Work collaboratively with teachers and EYFS staff to support learning and development
* Help maintain a safe, engaging and well-organised learning environment
Requirements (Essential)
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working within an EYFS setting (school or nursery)
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* A calm, patient and nurturing approach
* Good communication and teamwork skills
Desirable
* Experience supporting children with additional needs (SEN)
* Knowledge of phonics and early language development
