Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to deliver a customer‑focused HR service.
* Drive continuous improvement, employee engagement, and the delivery of strategic HR projects.
* Oversee talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
* Support HR aspects of organisational change, including integration and acquisition activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to embed communication, wellbeing, and employer branding programmes.
Essential
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a broad HR generalist role, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
* Proven ability to lead HR initiatives, manage employee relations, and resolve challenging situations professionally.
* Strong analytical skills, proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office, using data to support decision‑making.
* Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver results effectively.
* Approachable, resilient, and collaborative, fostering positive relationships across the organisation.
