Are you an end-to-end public sector procurement professional ready to step into a highly visible sourcing role where your work directly supports nationally significant infrastructure and public services?
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute Procurement Manager to join a well-established, high-performing procurement function within a complex, regulated environment.
You’ll take ownership of high-value sourcing projects across a broad corporate services portfolio, partnering with senior stakeholders and shaping supplier strategy that drives real operational impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading end-to-end sourcing activity across a range of corporate services categories (e.g., HR, professional services, consultancy, financial services etc).
* Designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies that deliver value, resilience, and compliance.
* Managing full tender lifecycles, including open tenders outside of frameworks.
* Driving complex commercial evaluations and negotiations with key suppliers.
* Building strong supplier relationships and improving ongoing performance.
* Partnering closely with stakeholders to provide strategic commercial guidance.
* Proactively identifying and mitigating commercial, contractual, and supply chain risks.
What We’re Looking For:
* Circa 4+ years’ procurement experience with clear ownership of end-to-end sourcing projects.
* Preferably a strong background in public sector or regulated environments (NHS, government, utilities, transport etc for example).
* Proven experience running open tenders outside of established frameworks.
* Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
* Commercially sharp with strong negotiation capability.
* Self-starter mindset with a collaborative approach.
* Exposure to Procurement Act 2023 or relevant public procurement regulations is advantageous.
* CIPS (or working towards) beneficial but not essential.
