Location: Shieldaig Primary School
Hours: 34 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term until 02 July 2026
Salary: £21,317 - £23,350 (Unqualified) £23,678 - £25,931 (Qualified)
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Requirements
Qualified applicants should hold a recognized qualification in Childcare and Education (e.g., HNC, NNEB, SVQ 3) and will be paid on grade HC0535.
Unqualified workers will be required to work towards one of the above awards within an agreed timescale and will be paid on grade HC0435.
The Early Years Practitioner must hold or apply to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). Upon employment, registration should be completed, and any changes must be reported to the SSSC.
Qualifications in Food Handling and First Aid are advantageous.
