IT Project Manager – IT / ServiceNow / Infrastructure
London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Contract: 6 months (initial)
£300/day per day (Outside IR35)
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a portfolio of IT transformation initiatives for a London-based organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and hands-on experience across ServiceNow, IT Asset Management, and end-user technology deployments.
The Role
You will lead multiple concurrent projects spanning ServiceNow reporting enhancements, infrastructure rollouts, and IT asset management process improvements. The role requires a structured delivery approach, strong governance capability, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are actively managed.
Facilitate workshops with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define outcomes.
Establish project governance frameworks including steering committees, working groups, and reporting cadence.
Produce core project artefacts (Project Briefs, RAID logs, Status Reports, Plans) independently.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, ServiceNow, reporting, and business operations.
Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards within a corporate or regulated environment.
IT Project Manager Technical Experience Required
ServiceNow Implementation – Strong experience delivering ServiceNow modules, particularly IT Asset Management (ITAM) and reporting/dashboards, with understanding of CMDB data models.
Power BI Integration – Experience delivering reporting solutions, requirements gathering, and understanding integrations with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
Infrastructure / End-User Compute Deployments – Proven track record managing multi-site hardware rollouts (e.g., thin client to laptop migrations), including logistics and site readiness.
IT Asset Management (ITAM) – Experience mapping As-Is / To-Be processes, lifecycle design, and gap analysis aligned to standards such as ISO 19770 or ITIL.
IT Project Manager Project Management Competencies
PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience managing risks, issues, and governance within enterprise environments.
Ability to operate independently and drive delivery momentum.

6–8 years' project management experience within IT environments.
Demonstrated delivery across infrastructure, ITSM, or enterprise technology projects.
