We're recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the aerospace industry for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Operative to join their team in Southend. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability and growth.

🕒 Shifts: Continental (days & nights)
💷 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
📄 Contract: Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out routine and reactive maintenance across the facility
Supporting production uptime and ensuring equipment reliability
Maintaining high standards of health & safety in a regulated environmentWhat We're Looking For:
Previous maintenance or facilities experience (ideally in manufacturing or aerospace)
Comfortable working continental shifts
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
