We're looking for a hands-on L1 IT Support Engineer to join our on-site team in Cambridge. If you're passionate about tech, love solving problems, and want to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment—this is your opportunity.
You'll be the go-to person for desktop, laptop, software, and peripheral support, working across our UK sites to keep everything running smoothly. From troubleshooting to asset tracking, vendor coordination to user training—you'll do it all.
What You'll Need:
* 2+ years in a desktop/IT support role
* Strong Windows 10/11 and Mac OS experience
* Great communication and organisational skills
* Solid understanding of networks, AD, MDM tools
* A customer-first attitude and proactive mindset
* Driving license and own vehicle (a plus)
