As Revenue Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the commercial performance of a dynamic hospitality group. This role is centred on maximising hotel and room revenue through strategic pricing, occupancy management, and effective distribution. You will work closely with the wider team to optimise results, ensuring that revenue streams are fully leveraged while supporting operational success. Revenue Manager Ideal Profile:
At least 3 years experience in revenue management within hotels or hospitality
Strong knowledge of booking platforms, channel managers, and property management systems
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies
Commercially driven with a track record of increasing occupancy and revenue
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
Revenue Manager Responsibilities:
Adjusting rates in line with demand, market trends, and seasonality
Driving occupancy levels to ensure maximum room performance
Overseeing relationships with booking sites and managing online distribution
Supporting operational success through coordination with front office functions
Introducing new revenue strategies and identifying additional income opportunities
Maintaining a proactive approach to maximising yield and profitability
