This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to help shape best-in-class deployment practices across business-critical platforms.
What you’ll be working on:
* Managing and optimising Salesforce deployment processes, ensuring reliability, consistency, and minimal disruption.
* Leading the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, with a strong focus on automation and version control.
* Working closely with engineering, data, and finance stakeholders to plan and execute smooth releases across multiple environments.
* Troubleshooting deployment issues, managing rollbacks when needed, and continuously refining the process for better performance.
* Contributing to governance frameworks including environment strategy, approval workflows, and release standards.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience managing Salesforce deployments in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
* Strong hands-on knowledge of Gearset and experience syncing changes across environments.
* Comfortable with DevOps concepts, CI/CD tooling, and version control systems like Git.
* A proactive mindset with a sharp eye for quality, risk mitigation, and deployment efficiency.
* Bonus points for experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
* A process-driven problem solver who’s excited to work on high-impact systems in a scaling business.
* Leadership potential or experience is a plus.
