Responsibilities
* Lead the Plant Department and manage your own team to deliver exceptional plant care and customer service.
* Create aspirational visual displays and maintain stock availability to maximise department performance.
* Provide specialist horticultural advice to customers, with emphasis on roses where relevant.
* Drive commercial success through quality presentation, merchandising, and proactive product selection.

Qualifications
* Strong horticultural knowledge and retail experience.
* Excellent plant care expertise, with particular emphasis on roses.
* Meticulous about presentation and visual merchandising.
