Our service is dynamic, collaborative, and committed to providing safe, high-quality homes for our residents. We\'re now looking for a driven professional to play a key role in maintaining and improving our housing stock while helping us deliver the very best repairs and maintenance service.
Responsibilities
* Partner with our contractors to ensure maintenance services are delivered on time, to budget, and in line with our commitments.
* Build strong, positive relationships with colleagues, housing teams, and external support services.
* Oversee repairs to ensure they\'re ordered, completed, and invoiced correctly and efficiently.
* Lead pre- and post-inspections to guarantee quality, value for money, and excellent results for our residents.
