Site Supervisor – Residential Construction & Renovations

The Role
We are recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate multiple residential construction and renovation projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations across multiple domestic sites
* Oversee site operations and coordinate the workforce
* Accurately quote for works (scope, pricing, exclusions & variations)
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Enforce strict compliance with health & safety regulations and site protocols
* Manage tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve issues
* Liaise with clients, surveyors, suppliers, and local authorities throughout the project lifecycle
* Monitor project progress, maintain quality benchmarks, and keep accurate site records
* Report progress to senior management
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in site management within residential construction or renovation
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills
* Ability to manage several projects and teams at the same time
* Solid knowledge of UK building regulations and compliance standards
* Full clean UK driving licence
* CSCS card and SMSTS or SSSTS certification (preferred)
* Minimum 2 years’ construction management experience (preferred)
