Responsibilities
1. Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
2. Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively.
3. Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
4. Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
5. Handle stock management, cash processes, and inventory to ensure smooth shifts.
6. Provide excellent customer service during every visit.
Requirements
1. Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
2. Ability to delegate tasks and motivate others.
3. Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
4. Passion for working as part of a team.
5. Proactive and encouraging approach to colleague development and store operations.
