As a Replenisher / Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers always have the right products, parts, and tools available when they need them. You'll manage stock levels, replenish vending machines or stores, and maintain excellent service standards on-site.
This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, reliability, and strong customer focus are key. Full training will be provided, but previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, engineering, or trade counter environment would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Replenish and manage stock levels in customer vending machines or stores to agreed schedules and standards.
Conduct regular stock checks, reviews, and ensure system accuracy.
Pick, pack, and deliver stock to customer sites as required.
Maintain vending machines in a clean and tidy condition, reporting any issues or faults promptly.
Support basic “break/fix” maintenance of vending or stores equipment when necessary.
Attend customer site meetings (as required) to understand production priorities or stock needs.
Ensure safe handling, storage, and transport of all goods.
Promote additional Rubix products and services when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records and complete necessary administration in a timely manner.
Provide ad-hoc operational support to local branches as required.
Key Skills and Experience
Previous experience in stock control, warehousing, logistics, or replenishment preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Commercial awareness to identify opportunities for improvement or cost efficiency.
Confident using handheld devices, stock systems, or basic computer software.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
