Connected are excited to be leading the search for a Head of Sales & Training position on behalf of one of the principal global leaders in the hearing technology space. With responsibility for a team of approximately 15 heads, the role is focused on leading and inspiring sales and training professionals across the company to deliver industry-leading commercial execution.
We are seeking to engage with highly credible sales management professionals with experience within relatable industries - for example: medical devices, optics, dental or veterinary markets would be of particular interest. The sales and training organisation is focused on b2b clients in public and private healthcare markets and as such, experience across both NHS and Retail/Independent environments is meriting.
A key focus in this position is supporting the sales and training teams physically in the field. We are looking for a hands-on, leadership professional who is comfortable operating alongside colleagues on territory, offering support, coaching and guidance in order to optimise performance across the teams. The role will require significant travel and frequent overnight stays across Great Britain with presence also expected at the company Head Office on at least a fortnightly basis..

You will be geographical mobile and have the flexibility to effectively manage a talented team across England, Scotland and Wales.
