Key Responsibilities: We’re looking for 2 motivated individuals to join our Tubing Manufacturing Team on a 6 month fixed-term contract. This is your chance to contribute to the production of high-quality silicone tubing used in biopharma, medical, water treatment, food, and specialist processing industries. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be working in a cleanroom environment, supporting the extrusion process and ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Assisting extrusion line setters to produce tubing in various sizes and specifications. Following strict hygiene and PPE protocols to maintain product integrity. Transferring raw materials and consumables into cleanrooms as per SOPs. Using tools and aids to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. Maintaining accurate production and quality records for full traceability. Collaborating with the Production Planner to meet customer delivery timelines. Supporting continuous improvement, 5S activities, and process validation. Participating in root cause investigations and corrective actions. Carrying out additional tasks associated with tubing extrusion and cleanroom production. Who You’ll Be Working With You’ll be part of a collaborative team of extrusion operators, led by an experienced Team Leader. We provide high-level training to ensure you’re confident and capable in all cleanroom procedures and equipment handling Skills/Experience: We’re looking for individuals who are: Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Team-oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills. Detail-focused, with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Desirable Experience & Skills: Previous experience in a cleanroom or medical device manufacturing environment. Knowledge of cGMP, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S principles.
