About the Role
Shredquarters Twyford is looking for an energetic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our fitness community, drive membership sales, and elevate our social media presence.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of sales experience, a passion for fitness and marketing, and confidence in building relationships both online and in person. You’ll play a key role in converting leads, engaging members, supporting community events, and helping grow the studio’s brand presence across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Member Experience
* Contact all new leads to convert enquiries into trials, memberships, and package sales.
* Call all new trial leads and book them into their first class.
* Welcome first-time visitors before their class and explain studio procedures to ensure an exceptional first experience.
* Follow up with first-time visitors after their class to gather feedback, gauge interest, and guide them through next steps.
* Respond to all member enquiries across email, WhatsApp, and social channels in a professional and timely manner.
* Work towards and exceed monthly sales KPIs and studio growth targets.
Marketing & Social Media
* Manage daily Instagram direct messages and social engagement tasks.
* Support the creation and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and member engagement.
* Assist with content creation including stories, reels, member highlights, and studio updates.
* Help promote studio offers, challenges, events, and community initiatives across digital platforms.
* Monitor social media trends and contribute fresh marketing ideas to grow the studio community.
Operations & Community
* Support day-to-day studio operations to ensure a high-quality member experience.
* Coordinate and assist with community events, member socials, and promotional activities throughout the year.
* Work closely with the Studio Manager and coaching team to maintain a positive, energetic studio culture.
Skills & Qualifications
* 1–2 years of sales experience required (fitness, retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred).
* Passion for fitness, health, and community-driven environments.
* Strong interest or experience in marketing and social media management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident using Instagram, WhatsApp, and digital communication platforms.
* Customer-focused with exceptional relationship-building skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* CRM experience preferred.
