Solicitor needed in Yate This is a temporary contract paying £55.00ph PAYE This is a temporary role The reference number is: 373555 The successful candidate will ensure the effective delivery of legal advice on children’s social care, including Court of Protection cases, education law and adult social care law. This will include SEND advice, school admission, school attendance, advice to panels hearing appeals against refusal of home to school transport and school admission appeals. Manage a mixed case load of Court of Protection cases; welfare application, section 21A appeals and applications under the Re X process. Education queries, including judicial reviews, particularly responding to pre-action protocol letters. The post does not include public child care proceedings.
