Your next role
We are looking for an Office Lead to support our Business Support Administration Team.
You will be responsible for the line management and efficient running of a small team that provide data, record management of systems, statistical reports, budget reports and yearly forecasts for commissioners & stakeholders.
Other duties include, develop and monitor changes to all administrative processes to ensure all work is covered, prioritised workloads to ensure full efficiency. Develop and support flexible cross-team working and commitment to delivering quality services and outcomes. Prioritise multiple work streams to achieve service targets and KPIs and produce monthly reports.
You will need experience in managing and empowering team members, delegation and co-ordination of an effective, flexible and adaptable team. You will work independently, prioritising own work, exercising initiative and judgement.
You must have the ability to deal with conflict resolution with service users, health professionals and external agencies, alongside Customer Service experience and problem solving and an understanding of Health and Social Care settings.
In addition, you will be responsible for the team’s sickness management, recruitment, retention, appraisals, disciplinary, performance and grievance matters. Identifying training needs and development, ensuring accuracy with the teams written and verbal communication with service users, staff and colleagues.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
The ability to travel throughout the Borough will be required and access to a car
