We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fundraising Coordinator (Supporter Care Coordinator) to join our team on an initial 12-month Fixed Term contract.
About the role
The postholder is the first point of contact for our individual supporters, as well as community groups and businesses, and is tasked with ensuring our supporters receive a consistent, positive, and memorable experience with Ty Hafan.
The team strives to inspire loyalty to our charity by supporting the delivery of our stewardship programme, motivational account management, and providing an excellent customer service experience across a wide range of supporters.
The post holder will be required to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
About you
You must have good customer service skills to be able to respond to a variety of supporter and public enquiries. You will have a genuine passion for Ty Hafan’s work, speak enthusiastically about what we do, and talk with confidence about why supporting our beneficiaries is so important.
