Breakfast Chef Heddon on the Wall, Northumberland. Salary: £13 per hour. Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Driving Licence: Essential due to location. Live-in: Not available. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team within a high-quality hotel and golf resort environment. This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys early starts, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering a high standard breakfast service for hotel guests and members. Key Responsibilities * Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard. * Managing breakfast mise en place and daily prep. * Ensuring buffet items are replenished and well presented. * Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards. * Supporting the wider kitchen operation when required. * Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation. * Delivering a smooth and efficient breakfast service. Key Requirements * Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or within a busy hotel kitchen. * Able to work independently and manage morning service confidently. * Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures. * Reliable, punctual, and organised. * Strong work ethic and positive attitude. * Full UK driving licence essential due to location.
