Investment Administrators are one of the first points of contact for dealing with queries from our clients as well as providing timely and valuable admin support to our Investment Managers and Executives.
The most common queries and tasks you would be dealing with are:
* Supporting the onboarding of new clients.
* Producing documentation for Investment Managers to provide to their clients – such as Review Packs and Investment Proposals.
* Providing clients and/or their agents with information and reports about their portfolios.
* Administering requests from solicitors for Confirmation valuations and documentation required for subsequent share sales.
* Processing the movement of funds between accounts.
This is a client-facing role, with client queries coming in via phone, post, and email so you will need to be a confident communicator, who can handle these queries clearly and sensitively.
We work in a regulated industry, so you will need a high attention to detail to ensure that our records are kept up to date and avoid any possible regulatory breaches.
Whilst no previous industry experience is required, you would benefit from a good awareness and knowledge of our industry and the regulatory environment we work in.
This role provides essential support to the office, including daily tasks such as handling post and incoming client queries. This role would suit someone who enjoys working within a small office team, where everyone mucks in to give clients the best experience possible.
Further specific details about the role can be found in the job description attached to this advert.
