I am currently supporting a client in their search for a permanent Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied workload spanning general office administration, project support, and elements of sales and operational coordination.


You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of projects and office operations.
Responsibilities include:Administrative & Project Support
1. Managing the works planner
2. Coordinating orders and arranging delivery of materials
3. Understanding and working alongside project programmes
4. Splitting out tenders and preparing pricing sheets
5. Amodation booking when required
6. Tracking costs and budgets
7. Managing daily calls and updating job files
8. Producing and maintaining internal reports, including financial reports
9. Dealing with clientmunication and correspondence
Finance Administration
10. Invoicing jobs
11. Uploading invoices to Xero
12. Uploading CSV files and logging information in the Firestopping matrix
Systems & Data
13. Confident use of Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
14. Experience using Fieldwire or WFM is beneficial.
15. Managing all aspects of WFM-related administration
Business Support
16. Sourcing new tenders via LinkedIn and other platforms
17. Managing internal Health & Safety records and filing system

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a proactive approach. You will be:
18. Driven and motivated
19. Polite and professional with strongmunication skills
20. Able to use your own initiative and work independently
21. Organised, accurate, and confident in managing multiple tasks
22. Experienced in reactive construction administration (beneficial, not essential)
