Embrace Excellence
As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Heads of HR, and business to deliver a professional recruitment service that supports strategic priorities. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, creating an exceptional candidate experience while coaching hiring managers and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
You’ll design sourcing strategies that drive diversity and align with business goals, leveraging market insights and data to continuously improve. Collaborating with agency partners, education providers, and internal networks, you’ll strengthen our talent pipeline and employer brand. Working closely with HR Centres of Excellence, you’ll also contribute to global talent projects and programmes.
Make an Impact
9. Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies, from kick-off strategy meetings through to advertising, offer, onboarding, and induction. This may require, at times, supporting different time zones
10. Develop attraction and sourcing strategies that promote diversity and inclusion, aligned with business priorities.
11. Proactively source and select talent through multiple channels to meet current and future business needs.
12. Strengthen Edrington’s employer brand through recruitment marketing, social media engagement, and employee advocacy.
13. Support early careers programmes including internships, apprenticeships, and graduate schemes.
14. Collaborate with hiring managers, agency partners, and education providers to build strong talent pipelines.
15. Extend offers globally, ensuring compliance with local employment terms and conditions.
16. Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and adopt best practices.
17. Deliver training and development sessions for HR and TA colleagues to align with global standards.
18. Contribute to global talent projects and initiatives.
Your Talent and Skills
19. Proven experience in talent attraction (in-house or agency), ideally within global organisations across multiple geographies. Desirably in UK, EMEIA and the Americas.
20. Proactive in driving change and innovation in talent acquisition practices, including adoption of AI and new technologies.
21. Strong planning and prioritisation skills
22. Excellent communicator, able to adapt style and influence at all levels.
23. Strategic and hands-on approach, comfortable with ambiguity and change.
24. Skilled negotiator with confidence in managing challenging conversations.
25. Knowledge of recruitment trends, market conditions, technologies, and legislation.
26. Cultural awareness, sound judgement, and alignment with Edrington values.
27. Ability to build strong internal and external networks and collaborate effectively.
