We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, managing the bar area, and providing an enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
* Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records of sales.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
* Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
* Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
* Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* A friendly and approachable demeanour with the ability to work well as part of a team.
